Project Category: Luxury Residential / Penthouse Bespoke Design Design Style: International Minimalist Luxury Execution: Integrated One-Stop Furniture, Joinery & Lighting Solution
True luxury in high-end apartment design is not about what is added, but about the perfection of what remains. For this grand residence, our team delivered a comprehensive one-stop solution that bridges the gap between architectural precision and domestic warmth, creating a space we call “The Curated Horizon.”
1. Spatial Fluidity: The Architecture of Socializing
The soul of this project is an expansive open-plan LDK (Living-Dining-Kitchen) zone. To respect the panoramic views, we utilized a low-profile, curvilinear modular sofa system that grounds the living hall without obstructing the skyline. By anchoring the space with a monumental veined-marble feature wall and integrating a linear ribbon fireplace into the dining area, we created a social heart that is both majestic for hosting and intimate for daily life.
2. Material Mastery: Tactile Elegance in Every Grain
Our curation process centered on a palette of “Noble Neutrals.”
- The Dining Centerpiece: A bespoke 3-meter stone-top table paired with hand-finished leather armchairs—designed to offer ergonomic support while maintaining a sculptural silhouette.
- The Lighting Narrative: Custom-engineered metallic pendant bars provide a rhythmic, linear glow that complements the verticality of the spatial design, turning light into a structural element.
3. Personal Sanctuaries: The Art of Invisible Joinery
Moving into the master suites, the design language shifts toward “Soft Minimalism.” We developed a bespoke wardrobe and wall-paneling system (Image 16) that eliminates visual clutter. By using integrated LED channels and premium fabric-wrapped doors, the storage becomes part of the architecture. The bedroom furniture—from the padded leather headboards to the velvet lounge chairs—was selected to ensure a multi-sensory experience of comfort.
4. Seamless Excellence: The One-Stop Difference
What sets our service apart is the uncompromising consistency. Because we controlled the entire process—from initial CAD zoning and technical detailing to the final furniture installation—the finished apartment is a flawless reflection of the original vision. We don’t just provide furniture; we curate an ecosystem of luxury that is technically precise and soulfully executed.
